Will the Made in India vaccine against Coronavirus be commercially available from 2020-08-15

It takes anywhere between 3 - 7 yrs for a vaccine to be made commercially available in the market. Questions are being raised if a vaccine against Covid-19 will indeed be available in the Indian market w.e.f August 15, 2020. 

Phase 2 of clinical trials by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for the Made in India vaccine against Coronavirus has already started in early 2020.
Let's hope for the best.
